Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for clients, including tax deductions and statutory filings.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records and recommend process improvements for efficiency.
- Liaise with clients to provide financial advice, clarify accounting queries, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, labor regulations, and accounting standards to ensure proactive compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting and budgeting processes.
- Prepare and file corporate tax returns, VAT, and other statutory reports on behalf of clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, or audit roles (public accounting firm experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Philippine and international tax laws, payroll systems, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations is a strong advantage.
