Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
- Lead the general ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy in all financial records.
- Oversee tax reporting and compliance, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other statutory obligations.
- Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies to mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to budget, forecast, and monitor financial performance.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate audits and tax filings.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and auditing under Indonesian regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zahir, Accurate, SAP, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, etc.) and ability to handle tax filings independently.
- Age between 30–45 years with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
