Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support management decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and ensure compliance with all financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Solid understanding of US GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with tax compliance, audits, or financial reporting is highly desirable.
