Responsibility
- Review and verify invoices submitted by store managers for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with PriceBook SOPs.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or exceptions in invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Process vendor payments and maintain up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledgers with vendor statements to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Finance) to resolve payment-related inquiries and issues.
- Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports on accounts payable activities and aging.
- Assist in month-end closing processes, including accruals and financial reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!).
- Basic understanding of accounts payable principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in financial documents.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a night shift environment.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Badung, Bali (preferred).
