Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Support audit preparations by coordinating with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Develop and implement best practices for financial reporting and data management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with financial controls, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
