Responsibility
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Oversee finance records and asset administration, maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Provide administrative support for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational and financial systems for efficiency.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in audit preparations and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Support payroll processing and vendor payments with precision and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance operations, AP/AR, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
