Responsibility
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS, GAAP, or other relevant standards.
- Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
- Oversee asset valuation, depreciation, and impairment testing for client portfolios.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize tax strategies.
- Develop and implement financial controls and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making for asset owners.
- Collaborate with cross-border teams to consolidate financial data for multi-jurisdictional entities.
- Mentor junior accountants and contribute to team training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in financial services, asset management, or fund accounting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and tax regulations applicable to asset owners.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Experience with consolidation and multi-currency reporting is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations is a bonus.
