Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to management and stakeholders.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations and vendor management.
- Assist in audit preparations and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
- Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and systems.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 3-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with tax compliance, audits, and financial controls.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate or work onsite in Bali, Indonesia (remote options may be discussed for exceptional candidates).
