Responsibility
- Client Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients in the SaaS, ERP, and Cloud sectors.
- Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account profitability and meet quarterly targets.
- Solution Consulting: Collaborate with technical teams to tailor IT solutions (Cybersecurity, Cloud Migration, ERP Implementations) to client needs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends in Southeast Asia’s tech landscape to position Hays as a thought leader.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from proposal development to contract closure, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with C-level executives, IT directors, and procurement teams to align solutions with business objectives.
- Pipeline Development: Proactively prospect and convert leads into high-value accounts through targeted outreach and networking.
- Performance Reporting: Track KPIs (e.g., retention rates, revenue growth) and present insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales or account management within SaaS, ERP, Cloud, or IT Solutions (preferably in APAC markets).
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of enterprise software, cybersecurity, or digital transformation trends.
- Sales Acumen: Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and managing complex sales cycles.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate technical value propositions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster trust with clients and internal teams.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools for pipeline management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields (MBA or technical certifications are a plus).
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment (Bali-based or hybrid).
