Responsibility

  • Solution Consulting: Collaborate with technical teams to tailor IT solutions (Cybersecurity, Cloud Migration, ERP Implementations) to client needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends in Southeast Asia’s tech landscape to position Hays as a thought leader.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from proposal development to contract closure, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with C-level executives, IT directors, and procurement teams to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Pipeline Development: Proactively prospect and convert leads into high-value accounts through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Performance Reporting: Track KPIs (e.g., retention rates, revenue growth) and present insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales or account management within SaaS, ERP, Cloud, or IT Solutions (preferably in APAC markets).
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of enterprise software, cybersecurity, or digital transformation trends.
  • Sales Acumen: Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate technical value propositions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster trust with clients and internal teams.
