Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and expand market share in the DIY and Central Java regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to deliver customized solutions that align with client needs.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the market.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the telecom, media, or corporate services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
- Deep understanding of the DIY and Central Java markets, including key industries, decision-makers, and business cultures.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; knowledge of Javanese is a plus.
