In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants and expanding our EDC (Electronic Data Capture) network across key locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
As a Sales Acquisition Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and onboarding new merchants, building strong relationships, and ensuring their success with our platform. Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new merchants for BukuWarungâs EDC services in Bali.
- Conduct market research to identify potential merchant leads and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Educate merchants on the benefits of BukuWarungâs EDC solutions and how they can enhance their business operations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Merchant Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for new merchants.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Participate in local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote BukuWarungâs services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with merchants.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local market in Bali and familiarity with small and medium-sized businesses.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to meet with potential merchants.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
