Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders in the digital advertising and media space.
- Lead the end-to-end management of client accounts, from initial briefing to campaign execution and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, analytics) to design and implement tailored media strategies that align with client objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, provide regular reports, and recommend optimizations to maximize ROI for clients.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand client accounts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Represent Moove Media at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure all client deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, digital advertising, or media sales, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including programmatic, social media, and out-of-home (OOH) media.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic media plans that drive measurable results.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
