Responsibility
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for property development projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to support project timelines and profitability.
- Oversee project finance structures, including funding strategies, cost control, and ROI analysis for construction and development initiatives.
- Ensure tax compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting in alignment with Indonesian financial regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to optimize resource allocation and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and investors to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance of property portfolios, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Lead financial due diligence for new acquisitions, joint ventures, or investment opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in construction or property development.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management for large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel modeling.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with property development financing, joint ventures, or REITs is highly advantageous.
