As a Payroll Specialist, you will collaborate with HR and Finance teams to manage end-to-end payroll operations, from data collection to tax compliance. Your expertise will ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to local labor laws.

Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll for employees across multiple departments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify and input payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Prepare and distribute pay slips, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with HR to update employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions (BPJS).
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Generate payroll reports for management review and audit purposes.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll software and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; certification in payroll management is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or large-scale company.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations, tax laws, and BPJS requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with HR, Finance, and employees.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with multi-currency payroll and expatriate payroll processing is an advantage.
