Responsibility

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas, IT/Telecommunications, and ICT sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive long-term business growth.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Manage tender documentation and TKDN (Local Content) administration to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in Oil & Gas, IT/Telecommunications, or ICT industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience with tender processes, contract negotiation, and TKDN administration is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop data-driven sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within Indonesia as required for client meetings and business development.
