Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients in Bali’s automotive sector, including fleet operators, luxury car owners, and dealerships.
- Promote WGT Group’s automotive repair services through targeted outreach, presentations, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive offerings, and potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and digital campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company goals and client expectations.
- Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on automotive industry advancements and WGT Group’s service offerings to deliver informed solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 3+ years in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the automotive, mechanical, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—able to identify and close deals independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and automotive market is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings.
