Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the Bali region.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase value propositions effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the Indonesian market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent understanding of sales techniques, customer psychology, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) to meet clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Existing network or familiarity with the Bali business landscape is highly advantageous.
