Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for Hisense HVAC products in Bali.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers in the hospitality, commercial, and industrial sectors to promote VRF, Chiller, and Inverter systems.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the efficiency, reliability, and cost-saving benefits of Hisense HVAC solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to customize HVAC designs for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and local regulations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Provide post-sales support, including coordination with installation teams and addressing client concerns to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a focus on VRF, Chiller, or commercial air conditioning systems.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the B2B or industrial sector, preferably in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including energy efficiency, load calculations, and system sizing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and industry events.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
