As a key player in our team, you will oversee end-to-end account management, from pitching innovative advertising solutions to executing flawless event activations. Your expertise in client retention, negotiation, and revenue generation will be critical in expanding our portfolio across Bali’s thriving business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client retention.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing high-value advertising and event contracts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Create and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations) to ensure seamless event execution and campaign delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new revenue streams and business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in advertising, events, or media.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Strong client relationship management abilities, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Experience in pitching and closing deals for advertising campaigns, sponsorships, or event activations.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and existing networks are advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
