Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and negotiation in Mandarin and English.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and client deliverables.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders and clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin (both written and verbal) is a must; proficiency in English is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology or international trade sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali and work in locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.
