Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive market expansion and revenue growth in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and client acquisitions, to diversify the company’s portfolio.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and industry leaders.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and results-driven performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align business strategies with execution plans and ensure seamless implementation.
- Prepare and present business cases, proposals, and reports to senior management, highlighting ROI, risk assessments, and growth projections.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successful market expansion, client acquisition, and revenue growth in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to assess market potential and develop data-driven strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in team building, coaching, and performance management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, market research platforms, and business intelligence software is preferred.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
