Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes for a portfolio of international clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with clients to understand their financial needs, provide tailored solutions, and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Oversee tax filings, audits, and financial reporting in accordance with Indonesian and global standards.
- Lead a small team of accountants, providing mentorship and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient financial systems.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging accounting technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit preparation.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while managing client expectations.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- Experience in a multicultural work environment is highly desirable.
