Responsibility
- Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Develop and manage comprehensive annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections for all hotel properties.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls, risk management policies, and audit procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with Indonesian financial laws.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management to support decision-making for expansions, renovations, or new investments.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven expertise in hotel financial management, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for multi-property portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Indonesian tax regulations, and hospitality-specific accounting software (e.g., Opera PMS, Sun Systems).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse finance team.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling tools.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strategic mindset with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
