Responsibility
- Conduct thorough income audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
- Monitor and analyze cost control measures to optimize operational expenses.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts, including revenue and expenditure ledgers.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning.
- Maintain compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, auditing, or cost control, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with hospitality revenue cycles and cost management practices is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
