Responsibility
- Execute and oversee Balance Sheet Reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data, ensuring timely and accurate corrections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support internal/external audits as required.
- Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions to maintain financial integrity.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and timeliness.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, or audit roles.
- Proven expertise in Balance Sheet Reconciliation and financial statement analysis.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
