Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate claims for government-funded programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all financial submissions, audits, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary data and support for claim submissions.
- Monitor claim statuses and follow up on pending or rejected submissions to resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in claims processing and financial reporting.
- Conduct regular reconciliations between submitted claims and internal financial records.
- Stay updated on changes in government funding policies and adjust procedures accordingly.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or claims processing, preferably in a government-funded program environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial compliance, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with TPG (Training Partners Gateway) or similar government funding portals is a plus.
