Responsibility
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll transactions for employees and contractors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and maintain payroll-related reports, including tax filings, deductions, and compliance documents.
- Reconcile accounts receivable records, monitor outstanding invoices, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll integration with company policies and local regulations.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review and decision-making.
- Assist in audits by providing accurate payroll and accounts receivable documentation.
- Leverage payroll software and financial tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Address employee and client inquiries related to payroll and accounts receivable with professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and accounts receivable management.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and labor laws related to payroll.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive financial data with integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
