Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members to foster a high-performing sales culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
