Responsibility

  • Coordinate and supervise faculty members, ensuring high-quality teaching and adherence to academic policies.
  • Monitor student performance and implement strategies to improve retention and graduation rates.
  • Organize and oversee academic events, workshops, and seminars to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic coordination, curriculum development, or educational leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing faculty teams and improving academic outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine and/or international educational standards (familiarity with Indonesian regulations is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and academic management software.
