Responsibility
- Develop, review, and enhance academic curricula to align with industry standards and institutional goals.
- Coordinate and supervise faculty members, ensuring high-quality teaching and adherence to academic policies.
- Monitor student performance and implement strategies to improve retention and graduation rates.
- Organize and oversee academic events, workshops, and seminars to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Manage academic schedules, including class timings, faculty assignments, and examination periods.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for teaching staff.
- Analyze academic data to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic coordination, curriculum development, or educational leadership.
- Proven track record of managing faculty teams and improving academic outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Philippine and/or international educational standards (familiarity with Indonesian regulations is a plus).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and academic management software.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to diverse student needs.
