Responsibility
- Assist lead teachers in preparing and delivering engaging Mandarin language lessons and educational activities.
- Support classroom management by monitoring student behavior, attendance, and participation.
- Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring to students who need additional support in Mandarin or other subjects.
- Help develop and organize teaching materials, including worksheets, visual aids, and digital resources.
- Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians when needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by encouraging student interaction and participation.
- Assist in organizing extracurricular activities, cultural events, or language immersion programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, assignments, and classroom activities.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Education, Linguistics, Chinese Studies, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Passion for teaching and working with students of diverse ages and backgrounds.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced educational environment.
- Basic knowledge of teaching methodologies or willingness to learn.
- Open to relocating to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates).
