Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive testing of semiconductor components using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Perform assembly, inspection, and quality control of semiconductor products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the manufacturing process to minimize downtime.
- Document test results, defects, and process deviations in detailed reports for analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and cleanroom procedures in a high-precision environment.
- Assist in the training of new technicians on testing methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Test Technician, Manufacturing Technician, or Assembly Technician in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
- Proficiency in using testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and automated test systems.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Familiarity with ISO, IPC, or other industry-specific quality standards is a plus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
