Responsibility
- Develop and review technical project requirements, specifications, and layouts
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and delivery
- Prepare and present technical reports, cost estimates, and project timelines
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with engineering standards
- Manage project documentation, including drawings, permits, and compliance records
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring safety and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes
- Provide technical support and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or similar roles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software
- Strong understanding of local building codes and engineering standards
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Experience with infrastructure or construction projects in tropical climates is a plus
