Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on technical equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status.
- Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary parts and materials for maintenance tasks.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and other departments as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Maintenance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative maintenance or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, technical systems, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to different sites within Bali as required.
