Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for civil engineering and construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient project coordination.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to minimize on-site conflicts and delays.
- Generate and manage BIM documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
- Implement BIM standards and best practices to enhance project workflows and productivity.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes.
- Conduct regular model reviews and quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Civil 3D.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
- Experience with clash detection and resolution processes.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
