Responsibility
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests on semiconductor components to identify defects or malfunctions.
- Assemble and test semiconductor devices according to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing and testing.
- Document test results, assembly processes, and any deviations for quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations in all assembly and testing activities.
- Conduct routine calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest semiconductor technologies and testing methodologies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in semiconductor assembly, testing, or troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and automated test systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a structured, process-driven setting.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
