Responsibility
- Operate and monitor semiconductor fabrication equipment in a cleanroom environment
- Perform wafer testing and inspection according to established protocols
- Maintain detailed production records and quality control documentation
- Follow strict safety procedures and cleanroom protocols
- Assist in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize production workflows
- Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in electronics, mechanical engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (training provided)
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with strict protocols
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
