As a Quality Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring product excellence, compliance with industry standards, and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Responsibility
- Lead and oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet industry and company standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify defects or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and enhance efficiency.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control best practices and compliance requirements.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports to track performance metrics and trends.
- Ensure adherence to local and international manufacturing regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product quality and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or control within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a quality team.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Proficiency in quality management tools and software (e.g., Minitab, SAP QM).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in manufacturing (preferred).
