Responsibility
- Monitor and control semiconductor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process-related issues using AWS and VB tools.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and testing of semiconductor equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and reduce downtime.
- Document process parameters, deviations, and corrective actions in compliance with industry regulations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield and reduce defects.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in semiconductor technology and AWS cloud solutions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Technician in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Proficiency in AWS cloud services and Visual Basic (VB) for process automation.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition).
- Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other industry standards is a plus.
