Responsibility
- Safely handle, package, and transport semiconductor components in accordance with industry and company protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure traceability and accountability.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to move goods within warehouse or shipping facilities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to schedule shipments and optimize logistics workflows.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, quantity, and compliance with specifications.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures to prevent contamination, electrostatic discharge (ESD), or physical damage to components.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in inventory or shipment data promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Certification in forklift operation or material handling equipment (a plus).
- Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocols and cleanroom environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage high-value, sensitive components.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for clear communication with global teams.
- Basic computer skills for data entry, reporting, and documentation.
