Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Perform quality control checks to verify product specifications and compliance with standards.
- Assist in packaging finished products according to company guidelines and customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot minor issues with production equipment and report major problems to supervisors.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Document production data and quality control results accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Manufacturing, Engineering, or related disciplines).
- Fresh school leavers or individuals with basic technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
