Responsibility

  • Administer and manage spare parts sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations for spare parts, coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs and deadlines.
  • Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
