Responsibility
- Administer and manage spare parts sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations for spare parts, coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs and deadlines.
- Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial analysis, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful reports.
