Responsibility
- Safely handle, package, and transport semiconductor components in accordance with industry and company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) to ensure real-time visibility of stock levels.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, production, shipping) to optimize workflow and minimize delays.
- Implement and adhere to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection protocols and other safety measures for sensitive materials.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or potential risks to supervisors promptly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in logistics processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or semiconductor handling (entry-level candidates with relevant training may be considered).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and barcode scanners.
- Knowledge of ESD safety protocols and semiconductor handling best practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-precision environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials (up to 20-25 kg) as required.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (relocation support may be available for qualified candidates).
