Responsibility
- Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment with precision and efficiency.
- Handle, inspect, and process silicon wafers according to strict quality control protocols.
- Meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to cleanroom protocols, including proper gowning and contamination control.
- Document production data, process parameters, and quality metrics in real-time.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of outputs.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical fields.
- Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing, cleanroom operations, or precision machinery is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
- Basic understanding of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and quality management systems.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle delicate materials with care.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules (including nights/weekends if required).
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
