Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in a cleanroom environment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Follow strict cleanroom protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards and report any deviations or defects.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output quantities, machine settings, and any issues encountered during shifts.
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines as required to support different manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Production Operator, preferably in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with operating production machinery and following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, including wearing required PPE and adhering to strict cleanliness protocols.
- Basic understanding of safety and quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks as required.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as per production schedules.
