Responsibility
- Perform routine machine operations and maintenance within a cleanroom environment.
- Monitor production line equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet stringent semiconductor specifications.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs or adjustments.
- Maintain accurate production records and shift logs in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and cleanroom gowning requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support process improvements and equipment calibration.
Qualifications
- Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Relevant experience in a semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, diagrams, or SOPs.
- Ability to work rotating shifts or permanent night shifts as required by production needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-precision technical environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
