Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols to mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and inspections of premises and equipment.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless security operations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, emergencies, or breaches in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and improvements to management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to security operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team in high-pressure situations.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to security in Indonesia.
- Certification in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP) or equivalent is a plus.
- Physical fitness and ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
