Responsibility
- Conduct regular patrols of factory premises to deter and detect security breaches.
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control points.
- Enforce company security policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or suspicious activities and document all occurrences.
- Control entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and goods, verifying identification and permits as required.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
- Participate in security training and drills to ensure readiness for potential threats.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field (preferably in industrial/factory settings).
- Strong observational skills and ability to remain alert for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and visitors professionally.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for long durations.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Familiarity with security equipment (e.g., CCTV, metal detectors) is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
