Responsibility
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized activities, or safety hazards.
- Conduct thorough access control checks, verifying identification and permissions for entry into restricted areas.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, following established protocols to ensure rapid and effective resolution.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, documenting observations, actions taken, and any irregularities for review and follow-up.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and internal teams to coordinate security efforts and share critical information.
- Operate and maintain security equipment, including surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and communication devices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests, employees, and visitors with inquiries, directions, and escorts as needed.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on security best practices, emergency procedures, and new technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field, with a proven track record in a similar role.
- Valid Indonesian Security License (SATPOL PP or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods, often in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to write clear and concise reports.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Familiarity with security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring, is a plus.
- First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
