Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of security personnel to ensure 24/7 protection of company assets, staff, and premises.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure rapid response to incidents or threats.
- Oversee access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and alarm systems to maintain a secure environment.
- Train and mentor security staff on best practices, emergency procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports, security logs, and performance evaluations for management review.
- Assist in crisis management planning and execute emergency response protocols during critical situations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security management, preferably in a leadership role (e.g., Security Supervisor, Deputy Coordinator).
- Certification in security training (e.g., Satpam, Gada Pratama, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Familiarity with security technology, including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm monitoring.
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic English; additional languages are a plus.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
