Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on security systems, including card access, CCTV, and alarm systems.
- Install, configure, and upgrade security hardware and software to meet operational requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to integrate security systems with other resort infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and training to security personnel and other staff on system operations.
- Document all maintenance activities, system configurations, and incident reports for record-keeping.
- Stay updated with emerging security technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security system maintenance, installation, or engineering.
- Proficiency in security technologies such as CCTV, access control systems, and intrusion detection.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Certifications in security systems (e.g., Cisco, Honeywell, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with local security regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
